Shipping & RETURN POLICIES
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will generally arrive within 2-10 business days depending on the ship-to location. We ship out packages Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Expedited shipping is available upon checkout via UPS. For orders with selected expedited delivery, we will do our very best to get everything prepped, packaged, and shipped to you within 24 hours. International shipping is available via USPS, but will have an extended delivery time frame due to distance and customs procedures. Finch & Fleur is not responsible for any duties or customs fees. If you have any questions about your international order, please email us at: email@example.com
Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of your receipt. Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund back to your credit card. Customers will assume the cost of the return shipping at this time. We are not responsible for replacing any items marked as delivered.
We accept cancellations within 24 hours after your order is placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, you will need to complete a customer-ship and return as stated above.
