Are your products environmentally friendly?
As a paper company, it is one of our main goals to do our part in helping take care of our beautiful earth. We believe a positive change, no matter the size, can make a difference. With this being said, we are happy to say our paper products are made from recycled materials and/or printed on FSC certified paper, and all our printing is done using vegetable-based inks. Our packaging is minimal and consists of recycled tape, tissue paper, boxes, and envelopes. Our prints are packaged in plant-based, compostable cello sleeves to cut down on single-plastic use. We also encourage you to recycle and/or repurpose your paper goods once you are done enjoying them.
 

When will I receive my order?
Most retail orders ship within 1-3 business days of placement. If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. Wholesale orders typically take 1-3 weeks to ship once the order has been finalized and payment has been received. 


Which carriers do you use to ship?
We currently use USPS, UPS or FedEx.
 

What is your return policy?
If you have received damaged/wrong items we will gladly exchange them for you. Please contact us withing 1-3 business days upon receiving your order. No other returns can be accepted. Please visit our Shipping and Return policy page for more information.
